Thanks for posting the process; it really is not as onerous as it looks, especially since it is not something we would need to do often.
But...it doesn't work for me either. As Catherine said, the report does not include the pharmacy. I am using 5.028, so I doubt that is the issue. Any ideas? Are you holding out on us (some secret ingredient to the recipe)?
