Having read about that, I'm very hesitant to move to 5.1.7. I just moved to 5.1.7 a few days ago and occasionally I have sent messages or orders to my staff but the message was not attached to the patient's chart and they did not know which patient I was referring to. Is this a bug? Should I report it if I know that if V6 is about to come out and fixing the bug would be pointless? Also is there something specific that needs to be done in order to receive refill requests electronically? How do the pharmacies know that you are set up for e-refills? Does the refill save to the chart or do you have to use the Refill Medication button down on the right hand side of the message area? Deborah Lehmann MD Gynecology Fort Worth TX
