Good luck with figuring out the worker's comp. This is usually driven by the patient's employers mediator the attorney.
Things are slow to get workman's comp but you got to do it slowly.
Find some work comp attorneys in the area, get them to send you a few, make sure your notes are damn good and make sure you only use attorneys who won't interfere with how you practice medicine.
