we print a sheet of avery labels and once filled out with UA nurses transcribe to a temple in AC. We record A1C's and microalb/creat ratios, hemocults on the chief complaint lines so we can review results and make it easier to see as how long to find when they were done last. Also recird A1C's into tracked data so can show patients how they are doing over time and it can be a real eye opener.
