OP NeuroDawg Member Joined: Nov 2009 Posts: 160	When I print a note for an encounter in which no physical examination was performed, I still get a "PE" header in the note. Why? It looks extremely unprofessional to send a copy of my note to the patient's primary physician with a big gaping hole in the middle of it.
