No logmein. It is purely a mostly read only application to access patient apps when mobile and send messages. When you get back to office (you have to be on database machine wifi) you just sync when you sign on and patient databases on iphone are updated as well as messages sent, etc... Not sure if you can type a note. Haven't played around on it too much however, for an ob/gyn who might not have labs in the middle of the night to be able to access a patient note is priceless!
