I also use UpDox and have been since may of this year. I do sports medicine where i get a lot of xray reports and mri reports faxed to the office. So i have them fax right to the updox number. The awesome thing about updox is that it has direct access to import files into AC and all the patietns in your AC database are interfaced. So you can click on the fax and hit send and connect it to a pt's chart. I think it is great. I haven't seen another one that makes it as easy!
