It's slightly more advanced than the standard framingham score sheet, and is actually incorporating all the factors in framingham. However it adds hs-CRP and family history. Very nice, I was not familiar with this tool.
Unfortunately I am not aware of any way to add links to AC.
You would be limited to going to that link, entering the risk factors, then manually typing the Reynolds risk factor score into your note.
Since you are cards and (I'm assuming) you do this on most patients, you could consider importing a very basic standardized Excel spreadsheet or Word document into the Imported Items and keep track of these scores. This might be helpful if you are trying to keep track of the scores on a frequency basis. For example, I record the diabetic's A1C values in an Excel spreadsheet that is imported into each individual diabetic chart, then I simply open it within Import Items and record the new value. Thus quickly and easily looking at the trend over time. This may not be necessary if you are doing mostly "one time" assessements of their Reynolds risk score.
It would be nice though if you could easily drag and drop your favorite web links within AC.
