ICD 10 is used in Canada and much of Europe already. I have seen some of the documentation online, but do not know enough to give an intelligent conversation about it.
I will wait until I need to know. Guidelines, deadlines, and even the rules may change before it become effective.
I do know it is much more robust in description. I'm not sure if this is really a good thing. Time will tell.
