We,ve been using the Gateway tablets, both the older M275 & the Newer 7200 and we're very happy with them. We had an older Toshiba M200 but it was slow as death. We're keeping it for archival purposes with our old clunky EMR (ChartWare, yuck!). But again nice support (business client, mail order) nice machines. Don't want to jinx it but so far 3 Gateways (2 tablets and 1 tower 3 years old) and not a single hardware failure. Hope this helps...
