I have been editing my old billing database (from four years of solo practice), cutting out all of the corrupt data that I don't want to import into my Amazing Charts database.
What do I find? There's probably only about 40 - 50 individual payors, but the contact information has been entered every which way. It would be better if information for each payor occupied a central location and could be edited directly.

If you erroneously enter the wrong information for the insurance, you will have to clear all of the entries that is incorrect to get rid of the choices of insurance.
It would make sense to have one insurance linked to address and phone number, etc. so that once the data is entered correctly, there is less chances for making new errors.
