Bert, there is a default group of templates that you are given when you start AC. This same group of templates is shared through Admin templates. I believe every time you create a new user that default group of templates is created for the new user to have in their personal templates. ...Either that or they are automatically given the Admin set of templates, but I'm pretty sure I've long since deleted those.
