Here is what seems to happen:
When go to write the script, it opens with a a blank or sometimes a zip code for the pharmacy, but almost never the correct zip, either. Rarely it presents a couple of nearby pharmacies, but never the correct one. If it seems to work for most users, then maybe it is a tech support issue.
