I reviewed the information above. I noticed that there are only "2" items in the "outbox". I sent about 10 items to the dr. yesterday and he accidently deleted a couple that I need to retreive. Based on what I see, the "outbox" only has messages that have not been retrieved by the receiver.

My suggestion is to have a "sent" folder for all messages sent. Something simular to an email sent folder that holds all sent messages until the "sender" deletes them.

Our office finds this would be a VERY useful tool and our experience is that we really NEED this option.
