Thanks for the feedback. I got it now. I thought you can not change the list of headings predefined by AC. Now I can add History form,hospital admision and so forth.
That bring another question which if you admit a patient and have H&P that you can import to AC can you code it for billing as such or you make an addendum to attached to the patient chart?
if so how would you do it?
