We're not yet running 5.0.29 (still running 5.0.28), so I apologize if this was addressed in that revision.
Scenario: You're searching for a CPT code in the CPT Code Editor and it doesn't exist. You begin typing its code, charge, and description at the bottom, but neglected to choose "Add New Code." Upon attempting to save, an uncaught error is displayed and, after acknowledgment, Amazing Charts terminates.
