We'll have to be able to opt-out of the updates which will rewrite all of the data. I'm having the same problem with the spell check. It gets reset when I update AC. Not sure what format the spell check is kept. Would be nice to access the database and import the spelling for the doctors in my area. The spellcheck does learn itself much like Brian's medication list would.
