We've been using UPDOX for several months. We had them port our fax number so that we get all our faxes via UPDOX and saved the cost of the line from the phone company. Only drawback is ALL faxes incoming and outgoing have to go through the computer. Sometimes we have to scan a piece of paper or print to updox printer interface to fax, but really thats not hard at all.
