I thought I had this problem at first, but I can't reproduce it, and I don't know for sure if I was messing up some steps.
As mentioned above the non-granular data is in italics. "No known drug allergies". When you click on the A symbol for allergies you open the box, and on the left is the search function for finding new granular data to add. On the Right you will find your problem, in italics. Highlight it and then click remove. It should disappear. Then YOU MUST confirm the list or it will appear again.
