In the allergy window on several of my patients, when the allergy list was carried over from version 4 to 5, "No Known Drug Allergies" was put in the allergy window by default. When I try to remove this, it will not delete. In version 5, the default no allergy statement is "No Known Allergies", which is inserted by checking a box above the list of allergies. But checking and unchecking this box will not remove "No Known Drug Allergies". In fact, I can add another allergy, such as penicillin, and then the allergy window will display "No Known Drug Allergies, penicillin". Anyone seen this?
