We plan on attending the ACUC to help get some assistance on making AC work for our comprehensive holistic-oriented practice.
I thought I would do a shout out to any other doctors who are holistically oriented and using AC. Our doctor sees patients for an hour or more and discusses multiple health issues at each visit.
How have others adapted AC to fit the needs of this type of practice? How do you organize your encounter note? How much detail do you go into? How do you track and document comprehensive testing? How long does it take you to enter notes?
We are in need of help because it takes the doctor 2 hours to prepare each patient's chart!! I know a lot of this is initial data entry into AC, but she may be doing a lot more work than is necessary.
We hope that there will be some other similar people to talk to at the ACUC!
