Let us know how it works out. Another practice had a similar issue and thought about moving to the full SQL Server 2005. I suppose given it can only utilize one Gig of RAM, that could be an issue, but still...it worked with v4.
I looked at your website, and I can't feel too sorry for you. That's an amazing place! Can you see that area from your offices? I vote for the ACUC to be there next year.
