OP mknightpac Member Joined: Apr 2007 Posts: 3 CA	I have several templates of commonly used forms (referral forms, etc) in MS Word. Once the form is filled out for the specific patient, it is saved in Word, then the patient's AmCh Import option is opened and then the correct .doc is imported. Works great, but......is there a way to have the original template in AmCh so it can be opened while in the individual patient's AmCh and then saved directly to the patient's chart (versus having to go into Word to import it)?
