The new update from AC has been able to transfer the NPI but not the UPIN number. So OA is still rejecting the files. Last two AC update has cosmetic improvements in the office ally export forms but AC tech guys made sure that we are still not able to use free OA services. Also the new update is causing more problems with EZ claims. It seems to me that AC folks are forcing us to use their billing service.
I am not sure Practice Mate is any different from the online 1500 forms we are currently using with OA as it also stores the information. But this defeat the whole purpose of EMR/billing where I could easily complete an office visit put the codes, charges and ready to bill
