Welcome Wagon They would give your name/handout to each new home buyer in your community. I have never used Welcome Wagon myself, but other doctors said it was quite effective.
Open your office on Saturday, for example, one Saturday a month, or late evening once a week, so those who work during the day would see you after working hours.
