We are aware of these issues and they have been escalaated to our programmers. Run time error 9 "Subscript out of range" occurs when you select a Practice Wide template that does not have a Personal template directly to the left of it-This is specific to the database not your pc. We also noticed that the Practice Wide templates are pulling from the Personal templates; this again is an issue that our programmers are looking into and hope to have it fixed by the next release.
