Vicki,
I’m truly sorry you feel so upset with Amazing Charts and the need to berate me. It was certainly not my intention to ruin your holiday season, as I suspect it was not yours to ruin mine.
In any case, I apologize if there was some confusion with the automatic charge, but my analysis of your account shows that the initial provider New Crop charges went through on 12/23/2008 for $420. A second provider charge was to go through in February for $520 which was for New Crop plus a year of maintenance for the second provider. All our annual charges rebill automatically, the goal of which is solely to benefit my users and allow them a way to protect their initial charge when our prices increase.
While I concur that the New Crop screens are mediocre and not user-friendly, my team and I have been working non-stop to make a product that meets the needs of our clients, is stable with minimal bugs, and is affordable. Clearly our attempts have not satisfied you. I have turned off all automatic rebilling of your credit cards and have immediately refunded back the following charges:
$420 charged on 12/23/09 for the annual rebilling of New Crop eRX
$720 charged on 2/27/09 for the second provider license and that provider’s New Crop eRX
$187.50 prorated amount for the remainder of this year for maintenance/offsite backup for provider #1 that was to be automatically rebilled on 3/34/10.
I have left on 1 provider license so you still can access and use Amazing Charts while you find an EHR that is able to meet your needs. I would anticipate that you find a system no later than 90 days from today. Again, I am sorry we are not able to provide a solution that meets your requirements.
Jon
