I am new to the forum and to AC. I've been poking around on the forum in attempts to solve the "flowsheet" problem in AC. I've noticed some people have come up with a solution of using an excel spreadsheet to keep a more organized list of problems, medications, and (most importantly) lab values. They attach this template as an imported item in a patient's chart and then add/edit the data as needed for each patient.
I was hoping somebody would be willing to share an example of such an excel template. I would like to develop one for my practice but am a little intimidated and unsure where to start!
