Ditto -- we also started in July and AC has worked extremely well for us.
It's affordable. No hidden costs. The support has been excellent - our chat questions have always been answered asap. And both our providers like AC way better than the other emr's they have occasion to use.
We still need to find a practice management -- and I'm starting to agree that I'd like to see another company take on this project so as to keep AC's cost down and the program lean and usable.
But holy smokes -- an ehr that you don't need to be trained to use? I've had more trouble teaching people how to print to fax and right click with a tablet pen than using AC! I do wish the wiki was a little better - there are a lot of shortcuts and neato things that we didn't find out for months. But we really love AC
