Thanks, Bert, I truly appreciate your help. I went ahead and purchased one copy of Windows 7 professional to install on the Office-PC computer (with the database), unfortunately I run this tiny practice on a shoe string and can't afford to buy 3 copies of software at this time, so I'm hoping that installing the one on the main computer will help the problem. Since I'm trying to upgrade from Vista Home Ultimate to Win 7 professional, it won't let me do a simple upgrade but I have to do a clean install, thus it will wipe out all my files. I'm in the process of backing up everything I will need and later this week, or most likely in the weekend, will try to install it and hope and pray for the best. Would you be available for support then? If so, how do I contact you?
