We use Snappy fax and now slowly all our providers and office staff has started using it to send out consult notes, prescriptions(why do we need eprescriptions :)).
I am still hunting for that fax number database of all pharma's near us, so that I can import into snappy fax address book.
Best part is that all snappyfax faxes come in and get converted to pdf files, and then it get organized by staff (renaming by patient name)using paperport we just attach the pdf as imported items to AC.
Snappy fax is buggy sometimes and will crash(to play it safe I restart it every week), but then our brother MFC is the backup(it takes over when snappy fax does not answer).
