We have yet to activate the interface as we too were trying to let someone else "go first". Seeing how AC tech support are not going to service us with normal levels of support, then I hesitate to put my office and its systems on the line as the "first, beta type" tester. Last time we got hurt in a beta type situation, somehow we ended up getting labeled as the bad guys who had come groveling back in. confused

But to answer your question, our very nice Quest lady said that the Quest side of things would be free. She even went so far as to say that "we pay for it all". But that does not include the AC interface expenses, just their System 360 thingy or what have you. But they should be willing to come to your place, set it up and get it working all on their dime I think. But again in our present situation and status, we are not frontliners anymore. We need to let someone else take the lead...
