I downloaded a, uh, trial for testing. Dragon 10 blocks the mic out whenever AC has focus in windows. At least it does in XP. You can speak happily into notepad but when you speak into AC the program stops and throws an error informing you it doesn't work with EMR. (IIRC)
Oh, and Robert, I understand from the emrupdate forums that you can train Microsoft's voice recognition by reading word documents and such.
