Similarly to Deborah, I wish I could set up a shared inbox for my providers. I know some of you would like one for your MAs. It would work similar to how it is described here:

(And lab tracking, and ability to save a draft of the note or edit it a few hours after signing. I suspect the only reason my providers sometimes don't sign off the chart immediately is perfectionism, just not wanting to become unable to fix the record.)
