It's still easier than going in and out of each patient in the current incarnation of NewCrop, especially for refills. We have a corporate deal where I give the docs Rcopia for free, as long as they are on our medical staff. Our cost is a straight $450 per provider license per year. One (rich) group has gone to the trouble of fully interfacing Rcopia to their scheduling/billing software, at $2500 for the practice.
