We have already jumped through the biggest hoop. We already have the he designation. It was a long, expensive process and would never have happened without the help of a federal Congresswoman.
The next step is to hire a midlevel provider and then begin the inspection process. We are blessed with a new FNP graduate who will be starting with us next month.
There are two inspections ahead, first the state, then the federal. We will not be able to get reimbursement at the flat rate level until the second round of inspections (the federal).
As a for profit, I won't have to do grants and will have fewer hoops. We'll still have plenty with the RHC designation.
