I simply scanned my actual signature on paper using Greyscale at 300 dpi , then saved it as a .bmp file. In Microsoft Paint, you can edit the file by drawing a box around your signature and cropping it within a few mm of the edges. Then drag it to the top left hand corner and then resize it by dragging the corner of the box inward. If you can get the new box to 1/2" by 2.75", it will fit perfectly into the AC bitmap window. I then saved the edited .bmp file in the AC directory like neilsig.bmp, and referred to it in the admin section when I browsed for the file. It may take a little trial and error, but was fairly easy. I wrote to Jon's people to suggest that they include the bitmap sig on not only the Rx's but also the Orders, and also as cosignature on mid-level providers Rx and orders and notes as well. Hope above helps. V4 is great!!! I am glad I upgraded. Bert, I think you can go ahead now.
