problem is that I need to scan in batches of medical records, not one sheet at a time routed manually into AC. UPDOX allows a preview of the record so it can be directed to the proper file. It also allegedly has name recognition so the incoming fax can be directed to the proper AC file. Does anyone know an alternative program to UPDOX? I'll look into twain scanners. Thanks, Al
