I use VisionaryMed. It used to be a great little PM program until it tried to be everything to everybody and added the EHR module. Now the support sucks, the things that are needed to enhance the PM portion are few and far between and the cost is becoming prohibitive. I guess I agree with Bert. smile Stick with what you do best and leave the rest to someone else. In my heart though, I really would love to see one product that could do it all. I am not giving up on AC being the one do to this but I am also not holding my breath.
