Rao Member Joined: Mar 2007 Posts: 13 Atlanta, GA, USA	I figured out that "COM Surrogate" error window is due to my backup up software. It runs 10 times during the day. I login at the end of the day I see these 10 error windows. Unforturnately this started happening at the same time of V4 upgrade. So, this is error NOT due to V4 upgrade. Regarding Midmark problem, I still think it is due to V4 upgrade. I have to reinstall it today and see how it works. Thanks. -Rao
