Agreed. And, you are right, that is very important. Some things seem to linger for a long time and never get fixed. Case in point is the letter writer.

But, I do know that part of the problem is that Jon gets inundated with requests and suggestions as what to fix and how to make it better. It is just hard sometimes. At times, the code has been written, and it would take a major rewrite of the code to do a small thing.

I must say that AC is one of the few programs where suggestions can be made in real time, and Jon listens and actually incorporates them.

I do know that in the past AC was more like Firefox in that updates came down two or three times per month. I like that approach and wish that everything was done to make the AC program the best it can be. But, now things are done more like other companies.

For instance, I have emailed Microsoft about ideas, and they even get back to me. But, they aren't going to make one change between 2003 and 2007 other than security patches.

One of the analogies to the Superbill issue is Microsoft's failure to every change the Outlook Today screen. It looks like something out of 3.1, and it doesn't help a user in anyway. I at times go over a year without even looking at it.

But, keep bringing up things. They will eventually get done.
