I'm not quite sure what you mean. I have six treatment areas. THe medical assistants bring the patient to the room and open the patients chart in the room. The assistant indicates in the program which patient they just brought in. I am going room to room evaluating and giving instructions. I have a workstation at the nurses station where I access the program that tells me which patient is in which room with what problem. I can open their chart as well from that station to review before going into the room if I want.
We all have different methods of seeing our patients. This one seems to work for me. I have also put a laser black and white printer (on sale for $70 ea!) in each room so I can print out instructions and orders and perscriptions and sign them there in the room. It keeps on getting better and better
