First of all, the print button does not allow one to select the printer, e.g. the fax, and instead goes to the default printer.
I set my default printer to my fax prior to tellin AC to print the entire chart, and it goes straight to the fax server, which then askes for the phone number. I am using a Sharp copier fax machine and Windows XP pro. It also recieves all incoming faxex as files on teh "Sharpdesk" folder of my receptionist. No paper.
