I am a rheumatologist using AC for over a year now.
I send reports to my referring physicians every time but do not always have data for Past Medical History, Social History, Family History each time I see a patient for follow up. Also, on follow up visits, I usually just obtain the pain scale, BP and weight and do not check PR, BMI, Height...
When I generate the progress note report, I find the empty spaces(under the headings mentioned above) annoying. Is there anyway, I could customize these reports to not include certain headings.
This would really streamline the reports and make them look better.
