I have talked to Jon and he says that the lab interfaces need more work - in the PAML you cannot look at both a CBC, BMP, TSH, etc all at the same time - each is separate. He knows about the issues and is hoping to refine the labs. I do think everyone should use the suggest improvement button to tell him what problems you are having and suggestions. He told me he hoped to work on the labs more by the first of next year.
