Been trying to get with Amazing Charts support for the longest time to try to move our database/installation to our other RAID set, but they are never available and keep giving us the run around. What would be the easiest way to move these? I have SSMS installed to the server and have access into it to see/detach databases, just not sure what is the best way to go about this since they kinda left us on our own to do it ourselves instead of helping.

First, Amazing Charts has tools to move or migrate your SQL server. But, there is no reason to have to move the instance of SQL, nothing that complicated.

Server A has AC with its SQL database and imported items.

You install AC on the new server as the main application and it installs the SQL servers. You restore with the backup and all of the information is put into the database. Move over the imported items folders and you are all done.
