I just encountered a termination at the time of entering new patient by accident... Application gives a dialog box of "Run-Time-error 13" and after clicking on OK button system terminates...I noticed that if I double clicked under "Pat. ID Last Name" on the blue box on top right corner this termination happens... I have captured the abend picture but some how I did not see how I can attach my pdf capture to this post... If you are intrested to see please send me an email...

Tech support hasn't looked at this forum in the past.
The best way to report a bug, is with the "Report a bug" feature in Amazing Charts, under "Help" on the main screen.
Posting graphics is somewhat difficult on this forum. You have to use a third party, like photobucket.
I would e-mail your screen capture to jon"AT"amazingcharts.com, along with a description of the problem.
(subtitute @ for "AT" obviously).

Send a bug report. Jon Bertman said at the recent User's Conference, "If you can reproduce the problem, we can fix it." This problem sounds reproducible, therefore it should be fixable.

I think tech support would like to see a jpeg of the problem or whatever else you have that could help them. Since there is no upload feature, you would probably have to email it to support. I don't see why they wouldn't look at it.
