I am trying to transfer the EZ Claims advanced 10 program to a new computer. We own the program and have two billers that share a file on the network. When downloading and instructed to put a destination folder in, I am unable to do so. It just spins waiting and has no response. I'm hoping someone can help with this issue as EZClaims no longer has support for this. Thank you for any help.

Welcome to the forum. This forum is about Amazing Charts and has several members that have experiences of all kinds. Do you use Amazing charts? I hope someone will be willing to help you but EZClaim is not a product directly linked to AC. We do not use it in our office.
