We definitely have to thank Ruben. No way I could have done this without him. He is to forums what doctors are to medicine.
He has owned a few boards in the past, and basically this is what he does. He has been on forums, administrated forums, owned forums -- just everything forums.
Not sure about the company who hosts the board being better than AC's but the versions will always be up to date. And, Ruben tweaks the little things, so it will always be sleek and cool.
I have to say good things about Ruben, because I am sure he can take me all the way down from admin to user or even kick me right out. But, I made him sign a contract saying he would never do that.

Now, can AC have the community board button in AC point to here, even with a disclaimer that AC has nothing to do with this user board. That would be nice and useful. Here is an opportunity for a good customer relations move on AC's part. AC could certainly arrange this now without waiting for the next update by just having the defunct http://achelp.amazingcharts.com/ub/indexforward to a disclaimer (if needed) that then points to to https://acusersforum.com/ub/ubbthreadsI had to hunt for this new version of the users board, I'm sure many users don't know it even exists...

@Ruben, I was just kidding. I know you wouldn't take me out. @Jack, AC is not likely to point anything to the board. I would like to think it was sort of a passive decision, but when they moved everything to new servers, they decided not to take the board along. So, they either had to think the board was good for business or bad for business. I believe most of us think it was the latter. We are in the process of notifying many more people. And, hopefully, getting us a bit more Googable.
