Health Information Exchange
? Electronic Referral by Sending Health Information (formerly Send a Summary of Care) - 20 points
? Electronic Referral by Receiving and Incorporating Health Information (new) - 20 points


Provider to Patient Exchange
? Patients Electronic Access to their Health Information (formerly Provide Patient Access) - 40 points


Public Health and Clinical Data Exchange - 10 points
? Immunization Registry Reporting
? Electronic Case Reporting
? Public Health Registry Reporting
? Clinical Data Registry Reporting
? Syndromic Surveillance Reporting


Now that we are already in 2019, anybody knows when the AC new version will be released supporting integrated acceptance of summary of acre from a specialist ? This measure will have 20 points. Per earlier preview, this should work similarly the Labs are accepted today: inbox message and then reconciliation.

Version 10.3 will be available May/June with the 2019 Reporting requirements..it's in Development now.The Health Information Exchange items changes are minor compared to what we do today..one of them is just a name change only
